Orders are typically completed and shipped 10 business days from when the deposit is received, and artwork is approved. Any order requested in 10 days or less, is a rush job and will result in additional fees. Not all jobs can be rushed.

Silk screen printing is a method of reproducing or printing images using a stencil of insoluble material (in direct process this is created using a light sensitive glue called emulsion) which is outlined (burned onto) on a mesh screen made of finely woven strands, which is called the silk screen. When ink is placed inside the screen, it is pushed or pulled with a squeegee over the stencil, inking the garment or substrate in only the desired areas. Using multiple screens you can print many colors. We have a 10 color press, as well as experience with 4 color process, split fountain/colorblends, and specialty ink printing techniques.

YES! We can provide a digital mock-up with custom art services ($25-50 per hour). The worst thing for our reputation is that a customer isn’t satisfied with the orders colors, graphic placement or other important details. Atlanta Shirt Shop can send a photo of the first one off the press for new art and/or clients. If you are not available to approve the final sample photo within 24 hours, we will print the job based on the approved work orders specifications. No orders will be refunded or replaced if the printed order matches the details on the approved work order/invoice. The cost of an in hand sample can range between $20-$200 per sample, depending on the complexity of the request.

If you have a RUSH order there may not be time for normal sampling procedures.
